About you
Feature Digital is looking for a ClickUp Expert to help us set up, customize, and streamline our
ClickUp workspace. Your mission will be to create an intuitive, easy-to-manage project
management environment that boosts team productivity and ensures clarity across departments.
Responsibilities
● Audit our current project management process and understand team workflows
● Set up or restructure our ClickUp workspace to match team needs
● Create templates, dashboards, and automation to improve efficiency
● Integrate ClickUp with our existing tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)
● Provide short training sessions and documentation for team onboarding
● Offer recommendations for ongoing optimization and scalability
Requirements
● Proven experience setting up and customizing ClickUp for teams
● Strong understanding of project and task management best practices
● Ability to design user-friendly structures and workflows in ClickUp
● Familiarity with automation tools and third-party integrations
● Excellent communication and documentation skills
● Fluent in English
● Bonus: Experience working with creative, digital, or marketing teams
