Who we are

Who we are

Feature Digital Ltd (“Feature Digital”, “we”, “us”) is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

  • Company: Feature Digital Ltd
  • Company number: 516203072 (Israel)
  • Registered address: 26 Lilienblum St, Gedera 7070000, Israel
  • Privacy contact: [email protected], or use the form on our Contact page

We are a business-to-business agency. Our website and services are aimed at companies, so most of the personal data we handle is business contact information.

What we collect

The personal data we collect

  • Information you give us in forms: your name, work email, company website, main market, the services you are interested in, budget range, competitor websites and anything else you choose to tell us. Our forms are built with the MetForm plugin, and submissions are stored in our website database and sent to our team by email.
  • Emails and other messages: what you send us when you reply to us or write to us directly.
  • Analytics data: how visitors use our website, collected with Google Analytics 4 through Google’s Site Kit plugin. This includes pages viewed, how you arrived on the site, approximate location (city or country), device and browser type, and interactions such as form submissions. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider keeps server logs (such as IP address, browser and time of request) to keep the site secure and working.
  • Client information: if you become a client, the contact details of the people we work with and the information needed to deliver and invoice our services.

We do not ask for special categories of personal data, and we ask you not to send them.

How we use it

How we use your data, and our legal bases

  • To reply to your request and prepare a Visibility Snapshot or proposal: to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
  • To deliver our services to clients: to perform our contract.
  • To understand and improve our website with analytics: your consent where the law requires it, otherwise our legitimate interest in running a useful website.
  • To send occasional updates about our services to business contacts: only where the law allows it or you have agreed. You can opt out at any time.
  • To keep our website secure and prevent spam and abuse: our legitimate interests.
  • To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records: legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Who we share it with

Who we share it with

We only share personal data with people and providers who need it to help us run our business, under contracts that require them to protect it:

  • our team and trusted contractors, under confidentiality obligations;
  • our website hosting provider;
  • Google, for Google Analytics 4 (through the Site Kit plugin);
  • our email and productivity providers, which deliver form notifications and our correspondence;
  • professional advisers (such as accountants and lawyers), and authorities where the law requires it.
International transfers

International transfers

We are based in Israel. The European Commission recognises Israel as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data transferred from the EU. Some of our providers, including Google, may process data in other countries such as the United States. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

How long we keep your data

  • Enquiries that don’t lead to a project: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
  • Client records: for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting and legal rules require.
  • Analytics data: Google Analytics keeps event-level data for 14 months and user-level data for 14 months (resets on new activity); aggregated reports may be kept longer.
  • Server logs: for a short period set by our hosting provider, for security purposes.
Cookies

Cookies

Our website uses a small number of cookies:

  • Necessary cookies that make the site work and keep it secure, for example for page caching and spam protection, and a cookie that remembers your cookie choice (cookieyes-consent, kept for 6 months).
  • Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics 4 (_ga and _ga_55J8QBB980), which help us understand how the site is used. They can last up to 2 years.

When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or reject analytics cookies. For visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies are only set if you click Accept. Until then, Google Analytics only receives cookieless signals without identifiers (Google Consent Mode). Wherever you are, you can change your choice at any time with the round “Cookie settings” button in the bottom-left corner of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect how the site works.

Your rights

Your rights

Depending on where you are, including under the EU and UK GDPR and Israel’s Privacy Protection Law, you may have the right to:

  • correct inaccurate data;
  • ask us to delete your data;
  • restrict or object to how we use it, including for direct marketing;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

To use any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will reply within the time the law requires, usually one month. Security

How we protect your data

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including secure hosting, access controls and keeping our software up to date. No website is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information through our forms.
